Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical support.

Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with new and existing accounts by positioning the company's offering to customers.
Build the sales pipeline and set the overall sales strategy of the company to support growth in different markets.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities, reach out to them with product offerings, and generate leads.
Analyze competition and build a proactive action plan.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until their technical issues are resolved.
